David Tidmore focuses his practice on wrongful death,
motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, product liability,
and employment law, specifically workplace injury, workers’
compensation, and retaliatory discharge. He is also co-author
of a book titled Personal Injury Law: An Overview for Alabama
Accident Victims which was published in 2010. Mr. Tidmore is

Rusty Weaver focuses his practice on pharmaceutical drug
litigation, nursing home abuse, motor vehicle accidents, defective
products, and fraud. His litigation experience also includes cases
involving the violation of constitutionally protected rights by
municipal employees and claims against entities that negligently
design and construct road ways. In 2003, Mr. Weaver received the
Frank Carrington Champion of Civil Justice Award recognizing

Ben Hogan has represented clients who have obtained
