MARK T. MCCLOSKEY, once again selected to the Missouri & Kansas

We concentrate in the areas of traumatic/acquired brain injury,
neurological injury, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, products
liability and general negligence, including automobile, truck, bus and
motorcycle collisions, airplane crashes, maritime injuries (Jones Act),
railroad injuries (FELA), railroad crossing injuries, defective handguns,
defective industrial and farming machinery, household appliances,
defective housing or property construction and design, vehicle air bags,
stability, crashworthiness and seat belts, and will and trust contests.

We pride ourselves on the tenacious and relentless pursuit of our
clients’ rights, even when faced with daunting odds. A significant
portion of our largest recoveries have come from cases that have been
turned down by one or more other attorneys.
Our focus in forming this practice was to
maintain a relatively small number of clients
so that we can direct significant personal
attention to each case so we can help our
clients with every harm and loss suffered.

University School of Law.

PATRICIA MCCLOSKEY is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate, summa cum laude, of Pennsylvania State University who finished first in her class and obtained her J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law.
