Bill Vaslas is an exceptional trial attorney whose record of success
speaks for itself. Focusing on medical malpractice defense, Mr. Vaslas
has committed his efforts towards representing medical institutions
including hospitals, long-term-care facilities, and individual physicians.
According to Mr. Vaslas, limitations in medicine are a reality, and it is the
job of the trial attorney to distinguish this reality from claims of medical
malpractice. These cases go far beyond the complexities of the medicine
itself and can include significant professional, emotional, and financial
consequences to physicians and medical institutions. Recognizing this,
Mr. Vaslas combines his powerful litigation skills with a keen awareness
of his clients’ concerns.
