Practicing in civil litigation for over 34 years, Doug has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex personal injury and commercial litigation including products liability, labor law matters, commercial premises liability cases, auto cases, insurance coverage disputes, medical and dental malpractice, contract litigation, and business litigation. He has also represented the interests of excess carriers in serious personal injury matters. Since 2000, Doug has been involved in over 625 case resolutions as a mediator, neutral, or sole arbitrator. In 2009 and 2010, he conducted more than 150 mediations resulting in over $75 million in settlements and 100-plus arbitrations as a neutral or sole arbitrator. John A. Cirando is a distinguished appellate lawyer.
