Gabrielle C. Sereni is Partner with and Chair of the Special
Education Department of Raffaele & Puppio in Media,
Pennsylvania. In that capacity, Gabrielle provides area school
districts, intermediate units and charter schools with a new
option for customized special education representation.
Gabrielle has devoted her legal career to the practice of special
education law. After serving as law clerk to the Hon. Robert F.
Kelly, senior United States District Judge, she served numerous
public school districts and charter schools for five years,
representing them in all aspects of special education law. She
subsequently represented children with special needs on the
federal court level for five years. She is a former teacher in the
Delaware County public school system and a frequent lecturer.
