Josh Gruenberg has significant experience in litigating matters of sexual
harassment, discrimination, retaliation and serious personal injuries. In
2010, San Diego’s The Daily Transcript identified Mr. Gruenberg as one of
the top two plaintiff’s employment lawyers in San Diego. Mr. Gruenberg
is a leader in the San Diego litigation community. He is an instructor in
the San Diego Inn of Court and has been a member of the San Diego
County Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and has served
as a Board Member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and the
Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. He is also a member of the California
Employment Lawyers Association, as well as the National Employment
Lawyers Association. Mr. Gruenberg received the Outstanding Trial
Lawyer Award from the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. In his spare
