Luis Cordero has practiced immigration law exclusively since
his admission to the bar. In 2006, he established his own
immigration, nationality, and consular law firm, Cordero &
Associates, with an emphasis on serving professionals,

R. Hugh Lumpkin, born in San Tome, Venezuela, received
his B.A. from Duke University in 1977 and his J.D. from the
University of Miami in 1980. He is admitted to The Florida Bar;
U.S. District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida; U.S.
Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; and U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Lumpkin has written and lectured extensively on a variety of
insurance coverage and insurance bad faith issues. His practice

and taking to trial insurance claims filed in state and federal
courts, including appellate representation.

Mark A. Boyle is the managing shareholder of the law firm of
Boyle, Gentile, Leonard & Crockett, P.A. With prior experience
serving as in-house counsel for an insurance carrier and then
defending carriers, Mr. Boyle now represents policyholders in
litigation against carriers from the trial level through appeal, in
both state and federal courts. In the case of U.S. Fire Ins. Co. v.
JSUB, Inc., 979 So.2d 871 (Fla. 2007), Mr. Boyle represented
JSUB, the general contractor, at trial and through all phases
of appeal to the Florida Supreme Court. This is the seminal
decision in Florida as to what constitutes an occurrence and
property damage in CGL policies. His practice focuses on all
types of insurance recovery including insurance coverage for
first- and third-party bad faith and extra contractual claims.
