FAMILY LAW
In practice over 25 years, Stacy Siegel is a preeminent family law attorney who holds both
JD and MBA degrees from the University of Baltimore. Located in Towson, Md., Siegel’s
practice focuses on divorce, child custody and related domestic law matters, including
those with complex business issues principally in Baltimore, Howard, Harford and Anne
Arundel counties and Baltimore City.
An adjunct professor in her 10th year teaching family law at the University of Maryland School
of Law, Siegel also taught trial planning and advocacy and is one of a few hand-selected family
law practitioners invited to teach family law at the Judicial Institute of Maryland. A co-author
of Family Law Cases and Materials, the essential law school text, Siegel is also co-author of the
family/domestic law portions of the Maryland Practice Manual.
Siegel remains an active participant and frequent lecturer in the Maryland State Bar
Association and is a past chair of the MSBA’s Family and Juvenile Law section and of the
Baltimore County Family Law Committee.
