As a self-professed business junkie, throughout his 29-year

Richard A. Finci practices criminal defense in the federal
and state courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Managing Partner of Houlon, Berman, Bergman, Finci,
Levenstein & Skok since 1999, Mr. Finci is a 1981 graduate of the
University of Maryland, College Park. He attended the University
of Baltimore Law School, graduating cum laude in 1984. He is
a past President of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys’
Association and past Chair of the MSBA Criminal Law Section.
Mr. Finci has served as a gubernatorial appointee to the
