The attorneys at Rittgers & Rittgers are as dedicated to serving
their community as they are passionate about protecting their
clients’ interests. Each year Rittgers & Rittgers gives $10,000
to local public high school students through its annual essay
writing competition to help graduating seniors pay for college.
In addition to donating to a number of local charities, the
lawyers at Rittgers & Rittgers have also given their time to help
the less fortunate by volunteering for indigent defense, pro
bono cases and court appointments.
Charles H. Rittgers is past president of the Ohio Association of
Criminal Defense Lawyers, a founding member of the National
College for DUI Defense, past president of the Warren County
Bar Association, and was named to Top 100 Trial Lawyers by
The American Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the
Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar
Advocates Forum, groups limited to attorneys who have won
million- and multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements.
Ellen B. Rittgers practices exclusively in the area of divorce
and custody and is past president of the Warren County
Bar Association, member of the Cincinnati Academy of
Collaborative Professionals, and a member of the Warren
County Domestic Relations Committee. Rittgers was also a
board member for the former Clinton Memorial Hospital.
