Jay Cohen represents individuals and families who suffer due to the negligence of others. His
experience has earned him membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has

jury verdicts in medical malpractice and other personal injury and complex commercial cases
in Florida. He is involved in numerous bar association activities and was elected to serve as a
member of The Florida Bar Board of Governors. He was an adjunct professor of law at Nova
Law School and is a professor at St. Thomas University. He is licensed to practice in all state
