Mr. Harke received his B.A. in philosophy, with honors, from
the University of Florida (1987), and his J.D. degree, cum laude,
from the University of Miami School of Law (1990). He served as
editor-in-chief of the University of Miami Law Review. After eight
years at the law firm of Steel Hector and Davis LLP, Mr. Harke
formed his own firm in 1998. He is no w a founding partner of the
law firm of Harke Clasby & Bushman LLP, where he practices
complex commercial and consumer class action litigation.
Mr. Harke is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the
U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of
