Bill Baten, with offices in Washington, D.C. and Indianapolis,
has developed a national practice by resolving complex disputes
across the country. During his career, Bill has mediated and
arbitrated approximately 3,000 disputes and has earned the

Steve Murphy has been a trial lawyer for most of his 35 years of
