Rebecca Maas is a shareholder in the firm of Smith Fisher
Maas & Howard, a civil defense firm in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Rebecca handles cases throughout the state, with a focus

premises, and commercial automobile accidents. She has tried
over 40 trials, from the routine to the complex, and has special
