John Harens is a partner with the law firm of Moore, Costello &
Hart, P.L.L.P. He received both his mathematics and law
degrees from the University of Minnesota. He has practiced
and taught extensively in the area of mediation and arbitration

Mark Heley practices construction law and provides

Rail Transit Corridor, and TCF Bank Stadium. Mr. Heley is a

Ms. Miller-Dolan founded Dolan Mediation, LLC in
2007 refocusing her years of litigation experience toward

Ms. Miller-Dolan is qualified and experienced in providing
all types of alternative dispute resolution services, including
mediation, early neutral evaluations (financial and parenting),
arbitration, consensual special magistrate services, and
various parenting dispute resolution services. Ms. Miller-Dolan
specializes in resolving family law disputes ranging from
marital dissolution, paternity, child custody, parenting time,
child support, spousal maintenance, and division of assets with
complex financial issues. She is the current Chair of the Ramsey
