Denise S.S. Fullerton, now named six times to the Rising Stars
list, has focused her practice on the areas of personal injury and
no-fault law since her admission in 1998. She is admitted to the
state and federal courts of Minnesota and is a qualified neutral
for the American Arbitration Association. She is an honors
graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and William Mitchell

Swim. Bike. Run. Darin S. Wieneke has completed more than
20 triathlons in the past five years. In preparation for these
events, Darin has logged hundreds of hours in swimming
pools, lakes, and oceans; biked thousands of miles; and worn
out over ten pairs of running shoes. The passion, work ethic,
and dedication that Darin exhibits competing in triathlons are
mirrored in his representation of clients. Darin’s clients have
come to expect and appreciate his passionate advocacy, tireless
work ethic, and dedication during his representation in the areas
of personal injury and construction litigation. Darin’s dedication
to his profession has resulted in many successful jury trials

Josh Tuchscherer focuses his practice on representing victims

Nick’s practice is devoted entirely to property tax appeals. Nick
represents owners and occupants of all types of commercial
property including retail, office, and industrial buildings. As a
result of Nick’s well-rounded approach to property tax cases,
he has negotiated tax refunds to his clients in excess of several
million dollars. Nick is an officer of the Minnesota State Bar
Association’s Tax Council and a member of the Institute for
Professionals in Taxation’s Property Tax Symposium Committee
and has twice co-authored the Minnesota Shopping Center
Association’s Retail Real Estate Report. Nick has frequently
lectured on the topics of property taxes and property valuation
