Denis E. Grande is an active family court litigator with extensive
negotiating, trial, and settlement experience, concentrating
on the division of large marital estates comprised of complex
asset and business valuations, stock, and custody issues.
He is an effective advocate and pragmatic problem solver in
difficult situations. Mr. Grande is a well-known trial lawyer, with
over 38 years of experience trying cases in state, federal, and
appellate courts. He also has a great deal of trial experience
involving contracts, business, and commercial matters and
has successfully represented his clients in numerous trials,
arbitrations, and mediations. He is a 1969 graduate of Princeton
University and a 1972 graduate of the University of Minnesota
Law School.
Kathryn A. Graves is a shareholder in the firm of Katz, Manka,
Teplinsky, Graves & Sobol, Ltd. and a member of the American
Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She has practiced law
for 26 years and limits her practice to family law. She is
an experienced litigator in the trial and appellate courts
on all family law issues, including custody, child support,
spousal maintenance, and property valuation and division. She
values ADR as an essential part of the practice of family law,
particularly when the needs of children are at issue. She has
served as a family law mediator since 1991. She has written
articles and lectured on issues related to child support, the
parenting time expeditor statute, custody and parenting time,
marital property, and bankruptcy issues.
Pamela Green concentrates her suburban solo practice on the
area of family law, including marriage dissolution, complex
financial issues, paternity, child custody, parenting time, child
support, and spousal maintenance. Pam is a Cooperative
Law practitioner and strongly supports the mediation and
settlement model as the best alternative, but she is very
comfortable in the courtroom when litigation is necessary.
Pam has more than 30 years of trial and courtroom experience
throughout Minnesota. She successfully stays abreast of new
developments in this ever-changing field, and provides her
clients with compassionate yet reality-based representation.
Pam is a past chair of the MSBA’s Family Law Section and is a
Fellow of the AAML and a member of the Association of Family
and Conciliation Courts, Minnesota Chapter.

Ben Henschel is a shareholder at Henschel Moberg, practicing

A Distinguished Member of the Minnesota State Family Law
Section, Mary has practiced family law since 1977. She works
on cases as an attorney or neutral with complex financial
valuations, custody, and support issues. Mary’s extensive
appellate and amicus experience keeps her on the cutting
edge of family law issues. She is a mediator on the Appellate
Court Mediation Panel. A Rule 114 neutral, Mary is frequently
appointed as a special master, mediator, early neutral evaluator,
and parenting expeditor or consultant. As an attorney and
neutral, Mary works to educate parties about the process to
