Myatt handled a Chapter 11 bankruptcy in
which she represented bondholders owed
in excess of $74 million. The collateral used
to secure the bonds included the home of
famous horse-racing champion Secretariat.

son, one of the state’s top junior golfers.
Along with fellow cover subject Geraldine

Sumter, has settled nicely into his firm’s new
location on E. Morehead Street. While the
location has changed, his role hasn’t: This
year marks his 31st year as firm president.
