Mr. Sodini graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.A.
in economics in 1982. He earned his J. D. from the University of
Pittsburgh in 1985 and completed a judicial clerkship in the
Superior Court of New Jersey in 1986. He has been actively
involved in banking and business litigation since that time
and has extensive experience in matters involving the law
of negotiable instruments. He is a member of the Board of
Directors of the Banking Law Section of the New Jersey State
