Echols & Associates is a matrimonial law firm. Established in 1979, this firm is recognized in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers for high professional legal standards and ethics. The managing attorney and chief litigator, M. Eileen Echols, is a former family law judge, twice-named “Outstanding Family Law Judge” for the state of Oklahoma by the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Family Law Section. David W. Echols is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Both David and Eileen are former chairs of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Family Law Section, former adjunct law professors, and are frequent teachers and lecturers in family law.

The firm is primarily engaged in contested and complex family law cases, including such issues as valuation and division of marital estates; determination of marital and separate property; business valuations; requests for and defense of support alimony; domestic violence and related issues; and contested custody, visitation and support matters.

Eileen has established a model of representation that involves
a team approach to the delivery of legal services. Every case is
assigned a minimum of two attorneys, who work together with
the other attorneys in the firm to provide quality legal services.
