Graham was on the trial team that obtained the country’s largest jury verdict in a civil rights
case against a municipality for $14.5 million in Arvin McGee v. City of Tulsa. Additionally, he
was a member of the legal team that recently obtained a $10 million settlement in McGowan
et al v. Burgess, a civil rights case. Graham was lead counsel in the recent acquittal of a Tulsa
police officer that capped a 2-year police corruption probe.
