Ron practices in the area of commercial law and bankruptcy,
and is a Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy and Debtor-Creditor
Law, receiving the specialist distinction from the South Carolina
Supreme Court. He serves on the South Carolina Specialization
Committee for Bankruptcy and Debtor-Creditor Law. Ron is a
Certified Mediator and has mediated cases involving bankruptcy
and debtor-creditor law. Ron has been active for many years
in the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, serving on
the board and many of its committees. He currently serves as
Chairman of the Board. Ron has lectured and served as a panelist
on numerous commercial law, bankruptcy, debtor-creditor law,

Keith Babcock is a founding member of Lewis, Babcock & Griffin,
L.L.P. His practice focuses on litigation, with a concentration
on business disputes, condemnation, and professional
negligence. Keith has brought numerous business disputes to
state and federal court. He received his undergraduate degree
from Princeton University and his juris doctorate from George
Washington University. Keith is an active member of the South
Carolina Bar, speaks at numerous continuing legal education
courses, and was a member of the South Carolina Board
of Law Examiners from 2001 to 2006. He is the only South
Carolina attorney in the Owners’ Counsel of America, a national
organization of lawyers representing landowners in eminent
domain actions.

Cam Lewis is a founding member of Le wis, Babcock & Griffin, LLP.
His practice consists exclusively of litigation with a concentration
on business disputes, condemnation, and professional
negligence. Cam has tried numerous cases in state and federal
courts. Two of his more recent reported cases are Ahrens v. State
of SC, 392 S.C. 340, 709 S.E.2d 54 (2011) and Burch v. Burch,
_S.C._, 717 S.E.2d 757 (Shearouse Adv. Sheet No. 38, Oct. 31,
2011). Cam has also appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court,
most notably in the well-known takings case of Lucas v. South
Carolina Coastal Council , 112 S.Ct. 2668 (U.S. 1995). Cam received
his J.D. from the University of South Carolina. He is an active
member of the South Carolina Bar, a Member and Chairman of
the South Carolina Judicial Council, and Chairman of the South
Carolina Advisory Committee on Judicial Standards.
