Thomas C. “Tommy” Brittain has been involved in many
significant trials, both civil and criminal, in recent South Carolina
history. Brittain is Phi Beta Kappa, Wofford College, and U.S.

Sam served as the managing member of Clawson and Staubes,
LLC for 28 years until December 2016. He is active in the tort
