Frank has spent his career litigating and mediating a variety of
legal disputes. Trained as a mediator in 1991, he has successfully
mediated well over 1,000 cases involving torts, trusts, civil
rights, employment, construction, real estate, and professional
negligence. Still maintaining an active practice, he is mindful of
the difficult work that lawyers do. He approaches every mediation
with a tireless determination to achieve a fair and just settlement.
Long concerned about children’s issues, Frank has been involved
in training GALS/CASAS to be advocates for victims of child
abuse. He regularly acts as a settlement GAL and spends his
spare time working on education issues and coaching youth
