Paul Dayton chairs the firm’s Commercial and Appellate Litigation
Section. He litigates unfair trade practice claims, complex

and many forms of contract disputes. Paul received his B. A. from
Claremont Mc Kenna College, cum laude , in 1979, and his J.D. from
the University of California at Los Angeles, in 1982. Paul does
