Catherine C. Clark practices in commercial litigation, real estate,

insurer in the Pacific Northwest. She received her B.A. from the
University of Washington in history and political science, where

Tom Kilbane has advised Northwest clients on a wide range of
environmental issues since entering private practice in Seattle in
1980. He represents potentially responsible parties in hazardous
