CONSTRUC TION LITIGATION
GENERAL LITIGATION
REAL ESTATE
I have built my practice around one theme: to do what is best for
each client given their particular situation and desired outcome. I
am an experienced negotiator and civil trial attorney with a focus
on real estate, construction, employment, and contract law. I work
with business owners, employees, property owners, contractors,
developers, buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, investors, and
individuals in need of an experienced and responsive attorney for
legal advice, problem solving, dispute resolution, or representation
at trial. In addition to practicing law, I am also a landlord, real
estate investor, and small business owner. I bring a practical, real
world approach to solving legal issues. My interests outside of
my practice include spending time with my family, reading, and
playing video games with my son.
