EMPLOYMENT & LABOR
FAMILY LAW
Lisa is an experienced family law litigator who focuses on complex
divorces. She is an advocate who works to protect the best
interests of her clients and their children. Lisa participated in the
asset valuation of telecommunications businesses in one of the
largest marital dissolutions in the United States. She combines
this experience with her finance background to resolve cases that
involve the split-up of substantial assets, property tracing, and
the valuation of businesses. Lisa also resolves matters relating
to marriage dissolutions, support, child custody, visitation, and
property rights; drafts both pre- and postnuptial agreements; and
handles post-judgment motions. Although she appears often in
court in King County, Lisa also firmly believes in using mediation
and arbitration to resolve conflict and disputes between parties in
order to minimize the legal and emotional impact on her clients.
