Carol L. Edward has provided legal services in U.S. immigration

Todd Hayes represents contractors, developers, homeowners, and
other policyholders in insurance coverage litigation, construction
defect litigation, and appeals. His published decisions include
Panorama Village Condo. Owners Association Bd. of Directors v.
Allstate Ins. Co., 144 Wn.2d 130, 26 P.3d (2001); J.D. Tan, L.L.C. v.
Summers, 107 Wn. App. 266, 26 P.3d 1006 (2001); and De Witt
Constr. Inc. v. Charter Oak Fire Ins. Co., 307 F.3d 1127 (9th Cir., 2002).
Todd earned his B.A. from the University of Washington and his
J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

Joseph Hampton is a shareholder with Betts, Patterson & Mines,
P.S. He is admitted in Washington, Montana, and Hawaii. His

Irene Hecht is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice
emphasizes insurance law, particularly coverage and bad faith
litigation. She also has an active appellate practice. She has

before the Washington State Supreme Court. She has assisted

Greg is the founding member of Harper | Hayes PLLC, a downtown
Seattle litigation boutique emphasizing the representation of
policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. He has represented
almost every conceivable type of commercial policyholder,

developers, and general contractors in disputes involving
everything from environmental contamination to construction

After graduating from Pomona College and serving in the Peace
Corps in West Africa, Mr. Love obtained his J.D. at Georgetown
University Law Center. He has been with Thorsrud Cane & Paulich
since 1989, where his practice focuses on insurance coverage
issues and appellate litigation. For several years, he chaired the
Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Amicus Committee, and he
recently chaired the Northwest Insurance Coverage Association.
He has a special interest in written advocacy and continues to

Patrick Paulich has represented insurance companies and their
insureds for 30 years. He has extensive experience in insurance
coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, construction defect and
product liability lawsuits, and environmental matters. In 1988, he

Paul Cane. Patrick has been the firm’s managing shareholder since
