Mr. Finesilver graduated from University of Oregon Law School
in 1973 and has practiced family law exclusively for over 38 years
in King and Snohomish Counties. He has argued numerous
appeals before the Washington State Court of Appeals and the
Washington State Supreme Court. He has served each year since
1998 as a Pro Tem Family Law Commissioner for King County.
He is the author and lecturer at numerous continuing legal
education seminars in Washington State and is a co-author of
the Judge’s Deskbook for King County. He has co-authored with
