Alan M. Anderson, named in Minnesota Super Lawyers in
the area of intellectual property litigation, is a trial lawyer,
practicing in all areas of commercial litigation and international
arbitration. He specializes in intellectual property litigation,
handling patent, trademark, and unfair competition matters. He
is Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar
Association and as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board
of Trial Advocacy. He is admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators and is the only attorney in Minnesota to
have achieved the status of Fellow. Mr. Anderson is a member of

Breton A. Bocchieri specializes in patent, trademark, copyright,
cyber piracy, and trade secret law, including related antitrust
litigation. He has established a number of important precedents
in intellectual property law which have been reported in The

over a dozen legal treatises and law journals. He has won one of
the few patent cases to be used as a textbook example for law
courses across the country. He has also won the largest award
to date in a cyber piracy case ($117 million) and obtained the first
court-ordered, Web-posted injunction. He is a noted author and
lecturer on the subject of intellectual property litigation strategy
and tactics and has been featured by CNN Headline News as
one of the country’s leading experts in Internet piracy.
