Michael Madigan is the managing partner of Madigan, Dahl &

business litigation. In recent years, Mr. Owen has represented
Georgia-Pacific in toxic tort and environmental litigation; has
handled premises injury defense for GP; has represented Philip

fiber optic cases. Currently, Mr. Owen is very active in Hurricane
Katrina litigation. Mr. Owen has served as an Assistant District
Attorney for the Second Circuit Court, District of Mississippi, and
as a Referee for Harrison County Family Court.
