Steven R. Schlesinger is Managing Partner of Jaspan

Christopher Massaroni is a trial attorney with experience
in many substantive areas, including complex commercial

as well. He serves as New York counsel to many national

Alan Rutkin, of Rivkin Radler, has more than 25 years of
experience in insurance coverage disputes involving
environmental issues and other complex claims. Mr. Rutkin has
addressed through litigation, arbitration, and negotiation scores
of major claims (above $10 million). In 2009, he arbitrated
a dispute concerning a toppled oil well, believed to be the
only insurance coverage case of its kind addressed to final
conclusion. Mr. Rutkin has authored articles on many aspects
of insurance coverage litigation, including a long-running and
award-winning column in Best’s Review. He co-authored a
chapter in the New Appleman Insurance Law Practice Guide.
