Mr. Ritts represents large users of electric power and natural gas,
including rural electric cooperatives, municipal electric utilities,
and industrial plants. Efforts include negotiation of purchase
contracts for electric power and natural gas, transmission
contracts and rates, electric restructuring, and natural gas
pipeline contracts and rates; evaluation of prices and rates; and
litigation at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and
state regulatory agencies. He has also developed plans and
contracts for electric cooperatives to serve new loads (such as
pipelines) and to deal with distributed generation.
Barbara H. Gallo is a partner with Krevolin & Horst, LLC.
Ms. Gallo has extensive experience in all areas of environmental
law and environmental litigation. Ms. Gallo also negotiates
civil enforcement matters, advises and counsels on rulemaking
issues, and assists in corporate and real estate transactions,
including brownfield transactions, placement and monetization
of conservation easements, and transactions involving carbon
offsets and trading. Ms. Gallo has been listed as one of the

Kevin Hudson is the construction litigation chair for the complex
business litigation group of Foltz Martin. Mr. Hudson’s practice
focuses on general contractor construction counsel and
litigation matters. Mr. Hudson also handles select catastrophic
injury matters, and, in that capacity, Mr. Hudson has obtained
numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements.

Doug Krevolin has focused his practice for more than 25 years
