Tom Wienner graduated cum laude from Harvard College in
1975 and magna cum laude from the University of Michigan
Law School in 1978. He was a Note and Comment Editor of the
University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform. Mr. Wienner has

She was the first woman in Nevada to be a named partner in a

Mr. Barbour concentrates his practice on representing corporate
and institutional clients involved in various types of civil and
commercial litigation, including railroad, products liability, and
contract litigation. His practice has an emphasis on matters
pending in federal court, but he has extensive trial and appellate
experience in both the federal and state courts throughout New
York. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District
Court for the Northern and Western Districts of New York,
the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S.
Supreme Court. Mr. Barbour is a member of the NARTC and
the New York State Bar Committee on Federal Practice. He is
