Larry Folks has over t wo decades of experience in protecting the
Arizona interests of banks and other creditors in commercial and
consumer bankruptcy, foreclosure, creditors’ rights, collections,
civil litigation, and loan restructuring and workout matters. He
is a past chair (2009-2010) of the Bankruptcy Section of the
State Bar of Arizona. Larry Folks has significant experience as
a foreclosure trustee and is a trained neutral (Straus Institute
for Dispute Resolution) in mediating bankruptcy and other civil
disputes. A graduate of the Northwestern University School
of Law, Larry Folks is a Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy Law

For more than 30 years, Lawrence Wilk, an equity partner at
the Phoenix law firm of Jaburg & Wilk, has played a pivotal
role in several of the largest fraud cases in Arizona, including
several high-profile Ponzi scheme cases. Larry has expertise in
financial fraud, Ponzi scheme litigation, bankruptcy litigation,
workouts, and creditors’ rights. He represents secured and
unsecured creditors, trustees and receivers. He also seeks and
obtains appointment of receivers to take possession and control
of property on behalf of his lending clients and is frequently a

Robert (“Reg”) E. Gipson is a business transactional lawyer who

kinds. Reg graduated from Harvard College (1967) and Yale
Law School (1973). He was elected Managing Editor of the
Yale Law Journal and served as such in 1972-1973. He is also
a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA
Society of Los Angeles. Reg serves on a variety of company
boards, both private and public, business and charitable, and is
experienced in corporate transactions, management transitions,
and organizational development issues. He lectures regularly
