Josh Eggnatz concentrates his practice on class action and
personal injury litigation. His multijurisdictional consumer class
action practice is focused on false, deceptive, misleading, and
unfair business practices, including food, dietary supplement,
and other product labeling claims brought pursuant to Florida’s
Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) and

Jordan Hammer joined Clark Skatoff, P.A. in August 2012 as
