Ferraro also successfully argued against an appeal of the Firm’s $28 million verdict for a deceased smoker’s lung cancer claim before the Third District Court of Appeal in Hubbird v. R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. (Case No. 3D14-3090).

The Ferraro Law Firm also congratulates Juan Bauta and Gabriel Saade in obtaining a $21 million verdict on Aug. 30, 2016 on behalf of Richard Batchelor. Batchelor was diagnosed with mesothelioma after retiring from Florida Power & Light, where he worked at the Turkey Point power plant.
