John W. “Jack” McLuskey is a founding partner of the law firm of

Marcus Michles is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with
31 years of trial experience. Having attended Furman University
on scholarship where he was the Distinguished Military
Graduate, he then served as a Captain in the 82nd Airborne
Division and Third Special Forces Group. Mr. Michles obtained
his law degree from Stetson University College of Law, where

Gary Miller has been a civil trial attorney since being admitted
