FAMILY LAW
My approach to the practice of law comes from a strong
background in civil litigation and an understanding of the
importance of approaching legal disputes with an eye
toward problem solving. Separation and divorce can place
an enormous emotional and financial strain on a family and
cause communications between couples to become destructive
and hurtful, or to breakdown altogether. Because litigation
can escalate conflict and limit opportunities to communicate
and reach agreement, I look for every opportunity to resolve
family matters through collaborative dispute resolution and
mediation. When collaborative resolution is not suitable I
provide litigation services designed to get results. To learn more
about the services that I can provide, visit my website.
