Mitchell T. “Mitch” Foster is a criminal defense trial lawyer.
He has recently been awarded not-guilty jury verdicts for his
clients in cases involving armed robbery, assault with intent to
murder, assault with intent to commit great bodily harm less
than murder, felonious assault, felony firearm, CCW, breaking
and entering, home invasion, domestic violence, malicious
destruction of property, and drunk driving. Mitch graduated
