Brian O’Reilly is the founder of O’Reilly IP and specializes in patent

Jay Lau’s practice is mainly real estate based. Mr. Lau represents

Michael Kim concentrates his practice on securities, mergers and

Richard Kurz is actively engaged in both intellectual property
litigation and patent prosecution. His litigation experience includes
ANDA litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act for both innovator
and generic pharmaceutical companies. Additionally, he has
assisted clients with the enforcement of IP-related clauses in
employment agreements and assignment contracts. His patent
prosecution docket is currently focused on engineered fabrics for
the papermaking and aerospace industries, computer hardware,
and financial trading systems. Prior to law school, he spent 17 years
in industry. This included a variety of management roles in both
manufacturing and engineering at Temple Inland, which has since
been acquired by International Paper.
