Shane Egan focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions,

James W. Giddens chairs Hughes Hubbard’s Corporate
Reorganization and Bankruptcy Group. He is generally
recognized as the country’s leading expert on brokerage firm
liquidations, having been selected by the SIPC to be Trustee
for the liquidations of Lehman Brothers Inc. and MF Global
Inc. Mr. Giddens also recently served on SIPC’s Modernization
Task Force. In addition, he advises financial institutions and

Dennis D. Miller is a partner at Stein & Lubin LLP representing
