For more than 30 years, Doug Riley has represented secured
and unsecured creditors, trustees, landlords, and creditors’
committees in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings.
Doug advises business and bank clients regarding all aspects
of creditors’ rights, including workouts, reorganizations, and
liquidations. He is an accomplished trial lawyer admitted to

Tom Wienner graduated cum laude from Harvard in 1975 and
